She is the founder of Fajas Sbelta in Venezuela, VP Full Services in Massachusetts, and the award-winning Peka Restaurant in Boston—a celebrated destination for Latin cuisine and music. Through her leadership, she empowers women and entrepreneurs while honoring Latin culture with pride and purpose.

Keyla C. Williams -

Keyla C. Williams is redefining what community-driven entrepreneurship looks like. As co-founder of Bogosplit, she has created an innovative marketplace that uplifts independent designers and local vendors, particularly those from underserved communities. Inspired by her upbringing in Haiti and Venezuela, Keyla’s vision is rooted in unity, creativity, and opportunity.

What began as handcrafted charcuterie boards and intimate catering services grew into Olga’s Catering—now known for its refined presentation, personalized service, and memorable event experiences.

Margaret is also the founder of RI Acts of Kindness, a statewide initiative dedicated to promoting compassion and service.
